Vacuum fluctuations can seriously affect the proper functioning of the milking system as well as teat health. Milkline offers advanced control systems to dynamically control and manage the operation of vacuum pumps, adjusting vacuum levels in accordance to air flow demands.

In this way, vacuum fluctuations are dramatically reduced, allowing substantial energy savings and drastic noise reduction. A sophisticated digital vacuum gauge continuously measures the vacuum levels of the milking system, and the drive increases or decreases the vacuum pump rotation speed according to the real needs of the system at any point during the milking or cleaning process.
